We focus on key areas of action through programs and projects that empower Indigenous Peoples and their communities while strengthening intercultural understanding and collaboration.

Working hand in hand with communities to keep Indigenous languages alive and thriving, helping ensure they are shared with and spoken by future generations. By strengthening education that honors Indigenous histories, worldviews, and knowledge systems, we aim to create learning spaces where young people feel proud of who they are and where they come from. Together, we also safeguard sacred sites, traditions, and cultural practices from exploitation and loss—celebrating the values, stories, and teachings that connect us across generations.

1. Quality Education, Language Preservation and Cultural Promotion

Education starts in the home focusing on preserving and promoting Indigenous values, culture, language, and traditions as a base to fundamental development. Acknowledging our Sisters and Brothers capability to strive from their learned experience we count on working relations and collaboration with Member Nations, Knowledge Keepers, Elders, and educators alike, establishing a thorough needs assessment for the identification of possible education projects can bridge the gap currently in place. Our diverse actionable steps will include fostering student exchange programs to internationally accessible education centers and appropriate training missions. Within each location our consular type mission operates will be host to diverse cultural references unique to the area encouraging tourism and trade and the hands-on cultural benefit each Nation provides.

2. Advocacy for Indigenous Rights

We actively promote the rights and recognition of Indigenous peoples on all international platforms, ensuring their voices are heard. Our advocacy efforts aim to influence policy change through diplomacy and foster greater understanding of Indigenous issues. Within UNIPC our goal is to create a unique International Elders Justice Court where causes and claims involving Indigenous Members can be heard among like-minded peers. The Court system will look to having three bodies of justice courts in local, regional and international locations so as to work closely with law enforcement at all levels ensuring due process and respect to our relatives are considered above everything.

3. Judicial and Constitutional Affairs Council

Protecting Indigenous Law, Rights, and Sovereignty The Judicial and Constitutional Affairs Council (JCAC) exists to uphold the dignity, justice systems, and constitutional rights of Indigenous Peoples. We serve as a voice for communities whose laws, traditions, and identities have guided nations for generations. We work to safeguard ancestral legal traditions, defend land and cultural rights, strengthen community-based justice, and ensure Indigenous voices shape national and global policy. Rooted in Ubuntu and guided by the wisdom of elders and knowledge keepers, the JCAC stands for justice that restores, protects, and empowers.

Our Focus Areas: • Indigenous legal and constitutional advocacy • Protection of land, identity, and cultural heritage • Support for traditional leaders and community courts • Policy development and human-rights monitoring • Representation at national, regional, and global fora

Beyond what has been stated we also oversee the Office of Legal Affairs, while working hand-in-hand with our Treaty Depository.

Our Vision: A world where Indigenous Peoples’ laws and rights are respected, protected, and valued as essential pillars of justice and governance.

4. Sustainable Development

Sustainable Development and Capacity Building Roundtables embody our organization’s core mission—to advance environmental stewardship, sustainable economic practices, and Indigenous self-determination on the global stage. We foster collaboration among Indigenous Nations, allies, and like-minded organizations to ensure that growth and advocacy reflect the values, priorities, and knowledge systems of Indigenous Peoples. Through our roundtables, we equip leaders with tools, training, and connections to strengthen international engagement—championing trade, fostering diplomacy, and reinforcing community-driven governance. Rooted in respect for land, culture, and collective progress, we serve as a resource for advancement that honors Indigenous voices wherever our members call home.
